Additional functionality:
The Twilio Segment connector supports automatic account deprovisioning by removing users from the workspace.
Notes:
- Roles are Segment’s built-in IAM roles (e.g., Workspace Owner, Source Admin, Function Admin). They are system-defined and cannot be created or deleted.
- Warehouses and Spaces require a Business plan workspace.
- Invites represent pending workspace invitations. Creating an invite sends an email to the specified address. Invite counts fluctuate as invitations are accepted or expire, so this resource type is excluded from sync anomaly detection.
- Groups (User Groups) are a Business plan feature.
Gather Twilio Segment credentials

Log in to your Segment workspace at app.segment.com.

Navigate to Settings > Workspace Settings > Access Management, then select the Tokens tab.

Click Create Token

Give the new token a name, such as “C1”.

Assign the token the Workspace Owner access level.This access level is required to read information about groups, resources, and roles in the workspace.

Click Create.

Carefully copy and save the new token.
Configure the Twilio Segment connector
- Cloud-hosted
- Self-hosted
Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.Done. Your Twilio Segment connector is now pulling access data into C1.

In C1, navigate to Apps > Connectors and click Add connector.

Search for Twilio Segment and click Add.

Choose where to add the connector: Create a new app, or Add to an existing app (then select the app).If you’re creating a new app, choose whether to link it to an application discovered from your identity provider: select Yes and pick the IdP application, or No to continue with just the connector.

Set the connector’s Name and, optionally, a Description.

Click the pencil icon next to Owners to choose who can configure and manage this connector.

Click Add. The connector is created and its configuration page opens.

Find the Settings area of the page and click Edit.

Paste your credentials into the relevant fields:
- Access Token (required): Personal Access Token (PAT) for Segment API authentication

Click Save.

The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
